Explore the boundaries of modern gastronomy, sea-inspired cuisine and the power of collaboration as The Ocean partners with the Pure-Berlin team, creating an 8-course degustation experience to showcase the next generation of talented, great chefs!
 

Available for dinner service only on January 21st, 22nd and 23rd, the menu features four courses from each team and includes a Mahi Mahi with Five Spice, Sepia and Peanuts, Chef Balbi's much-loved signature Lobster Confit with Tortellini and Maitake in bisque, and a heavenly dessert of bread ice cream, goat cheese foam and spiced wine gel to finish.
